A customer interested in having a project built with Dura-Crete walls can expect the process to go something like this:
- The customer provides our licensee with blue prints for the project that they are wanting to have built. From those blue prints
- The DSI l icensee will provide a proposal to the customer. When the proposal is accepted,
- The Licensee gives the blue prints to the engineering department, which will provide a builder package to be taken to the Building Dept.
- When the customer receives the appropriate permits from the Building Dept they notify the licensee, who in turn
- Adds the customer to the production schedule, then
- The product (walls, components, etc.) are manufactured
- Quality Control inspects the product before and after it is poured
- Walls are transported to the site with company trucks where
- Trained Installation Tecs install the walls on site with a crane
- The average house is ready for tresses the next day!
Not being deterred by weather or different trades not showing up to your job site, area licensees manufacture your wall panels in a labor controlled plant, having your panels trucked out and erected when your slab is ready. The walls are temporarily braced until the roof trusses and sheeting are completed. At that time the braces are removed and the framers can quickly and easily continue the process without any extra training, steps or tools. |
